"Only new to smoking meats I thought I try baby back ribs as my first crack at it. My wife has never had an acquired taste for smoke flavour meat and disapproved of the recent purchase of a pallet smoker. I opted to try out 4 diffrent rubs magic dust, island dust, signature and sweet heat on 5 pieces. Having the family over for lunch I started early and followed the 221 method. To say the wife approved was an understatement, she gave me the thumbs up while she had her gob full of pork rib, the complements didn't stop there my 6 year old only left a pile of rib bones on his plate which is a first as his a fussy eater. The rubs inhanced the taste and complemented the smokey flavour the pallets gave. The Wife is now asking when our next BBq is happening, thanks lanes raising my bbq game to the next level, definitely will be back to get more rubs from you guys. Cheers Matt"
