1. Promoter 

The promoter of this giveaway is Lane’s BBQ Australia. 

2. Promotion Period 

The giveaway begins at 9:00 AM AEST on 10 July 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 31 July 2026. 

Orders placed outside of this period will not be eligible for entry. 

3. Eligibility 

Entry is open to Australian residents only. 

Employees, contractors, directors and immediate family members of Lane’s BBQ Australia, its related entities and any agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter. 

Entrants must be 18 years or older or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter. 

4. How to Enter 

To enter, customers must place an order through the Lane’s BBQ Australia website during the Promotion Period. 

Every eligible order placed during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one entry into the draw. 

No additional steps are required to enter. 

Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned or deemed fraudulent will be removed from the draw. 

5. Prize Details 

There will be one winner drawn. 

The winner will receive the following prize package:

The total prize pool is valued at $1,660 AUD. 

6. Prize Conditions 

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 

If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that part of the prize with an item of equal or greater value. 

The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated Australian postal address. 

The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect delivery details provided by the winner. 

7. Draw Details 

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 

The draw will take place on the 3rd of August 2026 

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

8. Winner Notification 

The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of order. 

The winner must respond within a reasonable timeframe to claim their prize. 

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or is deemed ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize. 

9. Publicity 

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter may use their first name, state/territory and/or social media handle for promotional purposes, including announcing the winner across Lane’s BBQ Australia’s digital channels. 

10. General Conditions 

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or engages in conduct that is misleading, fraudulent or damaging to the giveaway or the Promoter. 

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control affect the proper conduct of the promotion. 

11. Liability 

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of entering the giveaway or accepting the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. 

12. Privacy 

Entrants’ personal information will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this giveaway, contacting the winner and delivering the prize. 

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Lane’s BBQ Australia’s Privacy Policy. 

13. Social Media Disclaimer 

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform. Entrants release these platforms from any liability associated with this giveaway.
