A. Free Shipping on orders over $99. We offer regular shipping via Australia Post on orders under $99 for flat fee of $9.95. Also, Australia Post Express for additional cost which varies on location.
Q - How long does it take to process an order?
A - We pride ourselves on dispatching orders as quick as possible. Which is why we dispatch daily and same day orders will be included if ordered by 1pm. This may vary during sales periods. But you will be updated once completed.
Q. Do you ship internationally?

Q&A
- Would these be okay for moving hot trays and hot rotisseries? Or is this for shorter durations than that?
- Great question Lachlan. It does come down to the temperature of the item you are touching it with. Some pans/trays can get quite hot and close to the 500 mark. Without knowing the exact temperature of the item you are touching its hard to get an accurate answer on it. For instance. you can easily move hot coals around with them. But coals can get over 1000 degrees. so touching them for too long will burn the gloves. But always suggest to test out with what you are wanting to carry first. For your use id say you will be safe to carry trays with them. hope that helps. -Brett

- Hey Robert, They sure are. They are rated to 500c. But keep in mind, they are meant for quickly moving and not holding high temp items. Long exposure to high temps will see them degrade. -Brett
