Garlic and ancho chilli lay down a deep, earthy base. Smoked paprika and black pepper bring heat and bite. Raw and brown sugar help build that dark, caramelized crust. Porcini powder drives the umami even deeper. Sumac adds just enough edge to keep it interesting. Charcoal powder locks in that bold, black bark that looks as good as it tastes.
