Prosciutto & Rocket Pizza: A slice of gourmet perfection for your taste buds!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ Cups Warm Water
- ¼ tsp Sugar
- 7g Dried YeastÂ
- 4 Cups Plain Flour + Extra for Dusting
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¼ Cup Olive Oil + Extra to DrizzleÂ
- Lane’s Sorta White SauceÂ

Directions
- To begin, mix water, yeast, and sugar in a small bowl. Set it aside for approximately 5 minutes or until it becomes foamy. In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt, creating a well in the centre. Pour the yeast mixture and oil into the well. Stir the ingredients together using a round-bladed knife in a cutting motion until well combined.
- Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead it for about 10 minutes or until it turns smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a prepared bowl, ensuring it is coated with oil. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise for approximately 30 minutes or until it doubles in size.
- Sprinkle some flour on the work surface. Knead the dough and shape it into a long cylinder. Divide the dough into three equal parts. Use a rolling pin to flatten each portion into a circular shape.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base, then drizzle Lane's Sorta White Sauce on top. Sprinkle Lane's Garlic2Â seasoning all over the base. Place the pizza in a Kamado Joe on a Pizza Stone and cook until done.
- Remove the pizza from the Kamado Joe and add toppings such as Prosciutto, Rocket, and Burrata. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the pizza. Cut into slices and serve. Enjoy!
