1. To begin, mix water, yeast, and sugar in a small bowl. Set it aside for approximately 5 minutes or until it becomes foamy. In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt, creating a well in the centre. Pour the yeast mixture and oil into the well. Stir the ingredients together using a round-bladed knife in a cutting motion until well combined.
2. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead it for about 10 minutes or until it turns smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a prepared bowl, ensuring it is coated with oil. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise for approximately 30 minutes or until it doubles in size.
3. Sprinkle some flour on the work surface. Knead the dough and shape it into a long cylinder. Divide the dough into three equal parts. Use a rolling pin to flatten each portion into a circular shape.
4. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base, then drizzle Lane's Sorta White Sauce on top. Sprinkle Lane's Garlic2 seasoning all over the base. Place the pizza in a Kamado Joe on a Pizza Stone and cook until done.
5. Remove the pizza from the Kamado Joe and add toppings such as Prosciutto, Rocket, and Burrata. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the pizza. Cut into slices and serve. Enjoy!
