Ingredients
- 1 Cup Pineapple Juice from a CanÂ
- ½ Cup Tomato SauceÂ
- ½ Cup Brown SugarÂ
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice VinegarÂ
- 1 tbsp Ginger PasteÂ
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Lane’s Nashville Hot
- 1 kg Chicken Thighs

- 1 tbsp Lane’s Ranch Seasoning

- Begin by mixing all the components of the marinade until well combined.
- Next, dice the chicken and allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 - 2 ½ hours.
- After marinating, thread the chicken onto skewers and grill them over direct heat.
- During grilling, generously brush them with 1 cup of the reserved Huli Huli sauce and remember to flip the skewers every 2-3 minutes. Once the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75°C, it's ready to be taken off the grill.
- Now, prepare the ranch dip by combining its ingredients.
- To finish, drizzle the skewers with the Ranch dip and sprinkle them with Everything toasted bagel seasoning for a delicious touch.
