Huli Huli Chicken Skewers

Directions

1. Begin by mixing all the components of the marinade until well combined.
2. Next, dice the chicken and allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 - 2 ½ hours.
3. After marinating, thread the chicken onto skewers and grill them over direct heat.
4. During grilling, generously brush them with 1 cup of the reserved Huli Huli sauce and remember to flip the skewers every 2-3 minutes. Once the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75°C, it's ready to be taken off the grill.
5. Now, prepare the ranch dip by combining its ingredients.
6. To finish, drizzle the skewers with the Ranch dip and sprinkle them with Everything toasted bagel seasoning for a delicious touch.
