"1st thing that came to my mind when I seen this sauce was a Japanese style smoked pork belly 😋. Marinaded in Tokyo drip for a couple of hours then rubbed in a SPG rub, then smoked in the OKJ Bronco Pro drum smoker like a brisket for 6hrs then rested with more Tokyo drip, served in a bow bun with slaw."
