Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

2. Toss the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil and SPG.

3. While the sweet potatoes are roasting, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add a generous amount of Lane’s Fiesta. Stir and cook until browned and fully cooked.

4. Assemble the bowl: Add roasted sweet potatoes, seasoned beef, a scoop of cottage cheese, sliced avocado, and a drizzle of hot honey and chili flakes. Garnish with green onions.

5. Dig in and enjoy
