Ingredients
- 500g Turkey Mince
- 3 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 tbsp Low Fat Ricotta

1 tsp Lane’s Garlic2 Seasoning

1 tsp Lane’s Sweet Heat Seasoning
- 1 Chopped White Onion
- 4 Defrosted Puff Pastry Sheet
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, excluding the puff pastry sheets, in a mixing bowl.
- Partially thaw the puff pastry and cover it with a damp tea towel.
- Spread the mixture along the top edge of the pastry sheet, creating a strip that is 2.5cm wide and 2.5cm high.
- Roll the pastry into a cylinder and trim off any excess.
- Seal the pastry and cut it into small pieces.
- Repeat the process with any remaining excess pastry until it is all used.
- Brush the pastry with a beaten egg and bake at 220 degrees Celsius for approximately 20 minutes.
