Introducing our delicious Tortilla Espanola with SPF 53 Rub, Italian Salumi and French Brie! This unique twist on the traditional Spanish dish combines the richness of Italian salumi and the creamy, indulgent taste of French brie to create a savory and satisfying meal.
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 onion sliced thinly
- 2 potatoes sliced ideally with a mandolin
1 teaspoon SPF 53
- Italian salumi
- French Brie
- Olive oil
- Poach the potatoes and onions in olive oil, once they are soft and slightly golden remove from the heat.
- Add 3 eggs into a bowl and mix with the SPF 53 rub then add the potato and onion to a bowl and mix until everything is incorporated. You can use a cast iron skillet or a cast iron jaffle.
- Add 75% of the mix if it's a jaffle, if its a skillet add 50% then add desired amount of salumi and brie or any other filling you like. Add the remaining part of the mix. Cook until nice and golden.
