Fathers Day Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter 
 The promoter is Lane’s BBQ Australia referred to as "Lane’s BBQ", “we”, “our”, or “us”. 

2. Eligibility 
 Entry is open to Australian residents only. Employees of Lane’s BBQ, associated agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. 

3. Giveaway Period 
 The giveaway opens on 1 August 2025, 9AM AEST and closes on the 7 September 2025, 11:59PM AEST. Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible. 

4. How to Enter 
 To enter, customers must place an order on the Lane’s BBQ Australia website during our Father’s Day Campaign period. Every order, regardless of value, placed during the campaign period automatically goes into the draw to win. 

5. Prize 
 One (1) winner will receive: 

  • 1x Highland Reverse Flow Smoker 

  • 1x Smoker Accessory Pack 

  • 1x Lane’s BBQ Merch Pack (includes new release items – 1 x hat, 1 x shirt) 

Total prize value is approximately AUD $2,000. 

6. Winner Selection 
 The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible orders and contacted via email on 8 September 2025 via our official Lane’s BBQ Instagram and/or contacted directly via email or phone. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, a new winner will be selected. 

7. Prize Conditions 

  • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. 

  • Shipping is included within Australia only. 

  • Lane’s BBQ is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay once the prize has been dispatched. 

8. Publicity 
 By entering, participants agree to Lane’s BBQ sharing their name, image, or entry on social media platforms or our website for the purposes of announcing the winner and promoting future giveaways. 

9. Privacy 
 Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and only used for the purpose of administering this competition. 

10. Not Endorsed by Instagram/Facebook 
 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta. By entering, you agree to release these platforms from any responsibility. 

11. General 
 Lane’s BBQ reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway at any time if circumstances arise outside of our control.
