Ingredients
- 
1 Brown Onion - Diced 
- 
250g Beef Mince 
- 
            
1 Tbsp Lane's Sweet-Lic COMBO Rub 
- 
1 Tbsp Tomato Paste 
- 
Worcestershire Sauce 
- 
1 Can of Tomato 
- 
6 Hotdogs (Smoked Franks, Cheese Kransky or Vienna sausage are best) 
- 
6 Brioche Long rolls 
- 
Handful of grated cheddar cheese 
Directions
- Add the franks over a low indirect heat. Bringing them up to temp a little slower will prevent the cases from splitting (like ours did – whoops!) 
- Now lets do a simple chilli. Fry the onions till translucent then add the beef cook untill browned. 
- Add the seasoning, worcestershire, tomato paste and tomatoes and cook while occasionally stirring for 10mins 
- After 15/20 mins remove the franks and set aside while you toast the buns. 
- add the franks to the toasted buns, and spoon over a good amount of the Chili and sprinkle on some cheese. 
- Serve immediately!
