- 2 Bone-in Pork ChopsÂ

- Prepare the Sweet Tea Brine by immersing the Pork Chops in it for a duration of 6 hours. Make sure to keep them refrigerated during this process.
- After brining, remove the Pork Chops and gently dry them with a paper towel. Season the chops with Lane's Apple Pie Seasoning.
- Create a two-zone fire on your grill by setting up half of it for indirect heat and the other half for direct heat. Preheat the grill to 500°F/260°C. If you have grill grates, ensure they are ready as well.
- Place the pork chops over direct heat on the grill for 45 seconds, then rotate them 90 degrees and grill for another 45 seconds. Flip the chops and repeat the process on the other side.
- Once the chops are seared, move them to the indirect heat side of the grill and add a pad of butter on top of each chop. Continue grilling until the internal temperature reaches 145°F/63°C.
- Sprinkle Smoked finishing salt over the Pork Chops and allow them to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
