12 Slices prosciutto

24 Chipolatas (We used mini cheese kransky)
- Lane's Lil Spicy Sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat smoker to 250c
- Cut prosciutto lengths in half
- Wrap chipolatas in prosciutto and secure with a toothpick
- With a pastry brush, coat with Lane's Lil Spicy
- Place on smoker for 20-30mins, apply more sauce every 10 mins
- Serve straight away with a cold beer.
