Smashed Tacos

Directions

1. Begin by combining minced meat, Magic Dust rub, and Go Full Texan seasoning in a bowl. Mix the ingredients together.
2. Shape the mixture into small balls.
3. Proceed to prepare the sauce. In a bowl, combine Kinda Sweet sauce, Sorta White sauce, diced onion, and diced gherkins. Mix the ingredients together.
4. Take a ball of mince and place it in a pan. Put a tortilla on top and press it down to thinly spread the mince. Cook the meat until done, then flip it over and place a slice of cheese on top. Once the cheese has melted, remove it from the pan.
5. Add lettuce and the earlier prepared sauce on top of the tortilla and mince. Enjoy!
