½ Bottle Lane’s Sorta White Sauce
- Onion
- Gherkins
- 500g Beef MinceÂ
- ¼ Cup Lane’s Magic Dust Rub
- Lane’s Go Full Texan SeasoningÂ
- Cheese SlicesÂ
- Lettuce
Directions
- Begin by combining minced meat, Magic Dust rub, and Go Full Texan seasoning in a bowl. Mix the ingredients together.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Proceed to prepare the sauce. In a bowl, combine Kinda Sweet sauce, Sorta White sauce, diced onion, and diced gherkins. Mix the ingredients together.
- Take a ball of mince and place it in a pan. Put a tortilla on top and press it down to thinly spread the mince. Cook the meat until done, then flip it over and place a slice of cheese on top. Once the cheese has melted, remove it from the pan.
- Add lettuce and the earlier prepared sauce on top of the tortilla and mince. Enjoy!
