SIGNATURE BEER BATTERED ONION RINGS w/ WHITE SAUCE

  1. Cut off top and bottom of your onions and remove the outer layer

  2. Slice the onion into half inch to an inch pieces (your preference)

  3. Break up the slices of onion into rings and place into a bowl/tray

  4. Season your onion rings with Lane's Signature Rub and toss around

  5. Add cooking oil to a skillet about an inch deep and heat oil to 350f/175c

  6. In a container add flour, 2 tbsp Lane's Signature Rub, and 1 can of beer. The mixture should be a thinner than toothpaste like texture.

  7. Once the oil has reached temp, use your tongs to dunk a few onion rings in the batter and place them into the oil

  8. Leave the rings in oil until they start browning then flip - cook the other side till golden brown.

  9. Once the rings are done, remove and place on paper towel and lightly season with Lane's Signature Rub

  10. Use Lane's Sorta White as a killer onion ring dipping sauce!
