Simple, tasty, and perfect for a summer feast!
- Preheat your BBQ for a hot, fast cook over the coals. While it's heating up, mix all the salsa ingredients in a bowl and store them in the fridge until ready to serve.
- In another bowl, combine prawns with a splash of olive oil and coat them generously with Lane's chili-lime seasoning until they have a nice coating. Skewering the prawns can help with flipping on the BBQ, or you can throw them directly on.
- Keep flipping to prevent burning, and cook until they have a nice colour and a little BBQ char. Grill your tortillas for 20-30 seconds to give them a slight char.
- Add four prawns and some salsa to your toasted tortillas and enjoy!
