PINEAPPLE CHIPOTLE CHRISTMAS HAM

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 180c

2. Remove the outer skin layer of the ham & with a sharp knife score the fat in a criss cross section

3. Stud each square with a clove

4. Cut the pineapple into chunks and lay on the bottom of a baking tray

5. Mix the pineapple chipotle with the whiskey and spoon some glaze over thetop of theham

6. Bake for 2 hours, basting with the liquid every 30 minutes until the ham is golden brown
