100 ml rum

Directions
Preheat oven to 180c
Remove the outer skin layer of the ham & with a sharp knife score the fat in a criss cross section
Stud each square with a clove
Cut the pineapple into chunks and lay on the bottom of a baking tray
Mix the pineapple chipotle with the whiskey and spoon some glaze over thetop of theham
Bake for 2 hours, basting with the liquid every 30 minutes until the ham is golden brown
