Ingredients
- 3 Cups Leftover Mashed Potatoes
- 3 Slices of Bacon
- 2/3 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 tbsp Lane’s Australia Garlic2 Seasoning

1 tbsp Lane’s Australia Magic Dust Seasoning
- 2 Beaten Eggs
- 1 1/3 Cups Breadcrumbs
Directions
- Begin by crisping bacon over medium heat for approximately 8 minutes.
- Drain the bacon on a plate lined with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine diced bacon with mashed potatoes, chives, cheese, Magic Dust, and Garlic2.
- Prepare two separate bowls for eggs and breadcrumbs.
- Utilise a cookie scoop to form 1” to 2” balls, then dip each ball into the egg followed by breadcrumbs, ensuring even coverage.
- Repeat the process until all ingredients are used.
- Air fry the potato balls in batches at 190 °C for 10-30 minutes until they achieve a golden colour and a firm texture.
- Optionally, garnish the potato balls with rosemary.
