Pack of Brioche long rolls
2 x lobsters
1 x Lane's Sorta White
1 x Garlic2
2 x 50g Butter melted
2 x Limes
Remove meat from lobster
Chop lobster meat into small pieces
Combine lobster, half bottle of Sorta White, juice of 1 lime, butter and tablespoon of chopped chives and mix well then put aside.
Using a sharp knife, slice a thin piece off each side of the long rolls to produce a flat surface to toast
In a mug, melt 50g of butter and add a tablespoon of Garlic2
Paint each side of your rolls with the melted Garlic2 butter
Grab a non stick pan and melt some butter and then toast each side of your long rolls until golden brown
Grab your bowl of lobster mixture and add it into your long rolls.
Top with chives to finish and serve with a couple slices of lime
Enjoy with a glass of champagne
