Jalapeno Poppers w/ Ricotta and Everything Toasted Bagel

Get ready to turn up the heat with these spicy and smoky Jalapeno Poppers, seasoned with Lane's Everything Toasted Bagel and Magic Dust!

Ingredients

1 tbsp Lane’s Magic Dust
2 tbsp Lane’s Everything Toasted Bagel
6 Jalapeños
250 g Ricotta Cheese
Streaky Bacon

Directions

Preheat your smoker to 400°F/205°C.
Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese with Everything Toasted Bagel seasoning and stir well.
Spoon the ricotta mixture into the jalapeño halves, filling each one.
Wrap each filled jalapeño half with a slice of bacon, and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
Sprinkle the Magic Dust seasoning blend over the bacon-wrapped jalapeños.
Place the jalapeño poppers on a smoker rack and smoke for approximately 25 minutes, until the bacon is crispy, and the filling is hot and bubbly.
