6 Jalapeños
- 250 g Ricotta Cheese
- Streaky Bacon
- 2 tbsp Lane’s Everything Toasted BagelÂ
- 1 tbsp Lane’s Magic Dust

- Preheat your smoker to 400°F/205°C.
- Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese with Everything Toasted Bagel seasoning and stir well.
- Spoon the ricotta mixture into the jalapeño halves, filling each one.
- Wrap each filled jalapeño half with a slice of bacon, and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
