Ingredients

12 franker’s or mini hotdogs
-
Lane’s Magic Dust Seasoning
-
Lane’s Pineapple Chipotle BBQ Sauce
-
½ cup grated cheese
-
1/2 block of Philly Cream Cheese
-
6 Jalapeños
-
4 Sheets Puff Pastry
Directions
Preheat your BBQ / oven or air fryer to 160c.
In a bowl mix Philly cheese, grated cheese and around a tablespoon of magic dust seasoning
Cut the top and bottom off your jalapenos and slice them in half place a teaspoon of your mixture in each ½ jalapeno.
Place a small Frankfurt in to each jalapeno
Use a jalapeno as size reference and slice your puff pasty in to strips.
Wrap a strip of puff pasty around each jalapeno.
For a crispy golden puff brush an egg wash over your pastry.
Place in your BBQ for 40min or until you have a golden puff pastry
Allow 5min to cool then dip in to some Lanes pineapple chipotle BBQ sauce
