Jack’s Blueberry Breakfast Fatty





Preheat Grill (indirect) to 250 degrees or oven to 300 degrees.  

Flatten out sausage then crumble the blueberry muffins and form into log in the center of the sausage.  Drizzle maple syrup over the crumbled muffins. Roll Sausage around muffin and form into the fatty. Fully enclose the muffins in the sausage.  Coat the top of the Fatty with Lane’s Desserts Blueberry Muffin Seasoning. Throw on the grill and cook indirect until internal temp of the sausage is 160 degrees.  Remove, cool, slice, serve, Enjoy!!

ProTip:  Drizzle some of our Lane’s BBQ Southbound Mustard sauce over top!!
