Sizzle into the summer with these Cubano Honey Wings!
Ingredients
Wings
- 1kg WingsÂ
-
Lane’s Cubano SeasoningÂ
- Dusting Plain Flour (optional) for Crispy Skin
Honey Glaze
- 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
- 3 tbsp Honey
-
1 tbsp Lane’s Garlic2 Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Dijon MustardÂ
- Chopped Parsley
Directions
- Start up your barbecue and let it preheat, keeping all vents open to ensure a high temperature. Season your wings with lanes, Cubano seasoning, and a light dusting of flour.
- Position the wings indirectly on the barbecue, and if you're using a Weber, turn the lid's vent ¼ turn every 15 minutes for uniform cooking. Cook the wings indirectly for 45 minutes to 1 hour until a crispy skin forms and the internal temperature reaches 73°C.
- Combine all the honey glaze ingredients in a bowl, mix well, and toss the wings in the glaze. Finish by garnishing with parsley and enjoy!
