1KG Large prawns

100g Butter
-
30g Honey

1 Lemon juiced
Directions
Fire up the BBQ, any type that you have is fine
Skewer the prawns in as many as you like–there are no rules as to how many can fit ona skewer, go nuts!
Mix the lanes honey bbq with the butter, honey and lemon juice
Using a pastry brush, brush the butter mixture onto the prawns and grill until cooked, reglaze them as they’re cooking for extra flavour!
