- 1x 800g Skinless Pork Belly
- 1x can corn
- 200g Shredded Lettuce
- ½ cup diced red capsicum
- 10x Tortillas
Directions
- Season pork belly and throw on the smoker at 135c/275f and cook until you have nice colour.
- Wrap in foil and continue to cook until you reach 200f /94c
- Slice pork belly and place on a tortillas with all your ingredients.
- Drizzle with your favourite sauce.
- Squeeze of lime (Optional)
