Ingredients
- 500 g Scotch Fillet or Porterhouse Sliced Thin
- 1 Packet of Hot Cross Buns
- 1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbs Lane’s Sunday Roast Seasoning
- 1 Small Red Capsicum Sliced
- 1 Small Green Capsicum Sliced
- 1 Small Red Onion Sliced
- American Cheese
- Melted Butter
- Lane’s Everything Toasted Bagel Seasoning
Directions
- Slice the steak finely and place it in a bowl. Add Worcestershire sauce and Sunday roast seasoning, then mix everything together.
- Preheat a skillet on high heat. Add your veggies and cook until they start to sweat. Add the steak to the skillet and mix everything together until the beef is browned to your liking.
- Place the steak and veggie mix at the bottom of a foil tray that's been lined with hot cross buns. Add American cheese on top of the mixture.
- Melt some butter and pour it on top of the hot cross buns. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the top.
- Cover the tray with foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
