EASY BUFFALO CUBANO CHICKEN DIP
INGREDIENTS

2 Chicken Breast

450g cream cheese

1 Cup Cubano Dressing

1 Cup Lane's One-Legged Chicken buffalo Sauce

2 Cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar or your favourite cheese
DIRECTIONS

Smoke/Grill/Bake 2 Chicken Breast Seasoned with Cubano Rub

Shred chicken once baked and cooled

In a large skillet add One-legged Chicken Buffalo Sauce and shredded chicken then mix

Add cream cheese (chopped up), 1 cup Cubano Dressing (see recipe), and 1 cup sharp cheddar to the skillet and place on smoker/grill at 375.

Once everything is melted and mixed together (about 10 minutes) add 1 cup shredded cheddar all over the top and smoke/grill for another 10 minutes until cheese on top starts to melt and crust.
RECIPE NOTE:
Smoke using your favorite wood - we like cherry.
You can also do this recipe over the stovetop and finish in the oven.
