Ingredients
- 5 Eggs (add as many as you like)
-
Burger Pattie’s (1 patty will make 4 mini burgers)
- Cheese
- Lane’s Everything Toasted Bagel SeasoningÂ
-
Lane’s Magic Dust
-
Lane’s Southbound Mustard
- MayonnaiseÂ
Directions
- Begin by preheating your barbecue grill in preparation for your mini burgers.
- Boil your eggs in boiling water for approximately 6 minutes until they're hard-boiled.
- While the eggs are boiling, divide your burger patties and cheese into quarters, which will be the ideal size for your mini burgers.
- Grill your burger patties, sprinkling them with a touch of Magic Dust, and add the cheese after flipping them. Then, set them aside.
- Once the eggs are done, place them in cold water to halt the cooking process and make them easier to handle.
- Remove the eggshells, cut the eggs in half, and scoop out the yolks, placing them in a bowl.
- Mix the desired amount of mayonnaise and a bit more of the special seasoning until you achieve a creamyconsistency.
- Pipe this mixture into the egg white halves, assembling them like little burgers.
- Add a patty to each one, drizzle with some Lane’s Southbound sauce, and top with the other deviled egg half.
Finish off by sprinkling a pinch of Everything Toasted Bagel seasoning and enjoy!!
