- 1x 1kg Pork Collar Butt
- 300g Leg HamÂ
- 2x packet Swiss cheeseÂ
- 16x Sandwich pickles
- 6x soft white long bread rollsÂ
- ButterÂ
Directions
Preheat smoker to 275f/135c
Season pork collar butt with Lane’s Cubano
Place collar butt in smoker and smoke for 2.5 hours or until rub attaches to meat.
Take pork off at 195f/ 90c and rest
Wrap up pork butt in foil with butter
Slice pork thinly for sandwiches.
Mix the sorta white and southbound sauces together.
Slice bread in half and stack sandwich with ingredients
Place butter and sandwich in and press with a burger press. Flip once nicely toasted and repeat.
Slice and enjoy!
