Ingredients

¼ Cup Chimichurri dry mix
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- 3 tbs Red Wine Vinegar
- 300g Deli Leg Ham
- 200g Mild Salami
- 200g Steaky Bacon
- 1 loaf of Vienna bread
- 8 slices Gouda Cheese
Directions
- Mix olive oil, chimi mix and red wine vinegar in bowl, mix and set aside.
- Pan sear bacon until crispy.
- Slice loaf in half and paint both sides with chimichurri. Toast bread in pan until golden
- Load up sandwich with bacon, cheese, salami and ham and add more chimi on top.
- Close the lid and slice into 4s and serve.
