Ingredients

¼ Cup Chimichurri dry mix

Blackening Rub
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- 3 tbs Red Wine Vinegar
- 350g Frozen Fries
- 2x Ribeye Steaks
- Parsley (optional)
Directions
- Mix olive oil, chimi mix and red wine vinegar in bowl, mix and set aside.
- Season steaks with Blackening seasoning an pan sear on medium high, flipping every 60 seconds until desired doneness. We go for 135f / 57c internal doneness.
- While steaks are resting, place fries in the fryer at 350f/ 180c and cook until golden brown.
- Diced steak into bite size pieces and build your bowl of Chimi fries.
- Dress with a touch of fresh parsley and enjoy.
