Ingredients

Lane’s Sweet Heat
- 500g Chicken Thigh, BonelessÂ
- 300ml Heavy CreamÂ
- 2x Gloves Garlic MincedÂ
- 3 tbs ButterÂ
- Lane’s Sunday RoastÂ
- 300g Parmasan Cheese, GratedÂ
- 500g Fettuchini PastaÂ
Directions
Season chicken thighs generously with Lane’s Sweet Heat
Grill over high heat on the BBQ or in the oven until completely cooked through.
Wrap chicken in foil and allow to stay warm while it rests.
In a saucepan on medium heat, melt butter and cook garlic for 2-3 minutes until fragrant
Add cream, and a touch of Sunday Roast and cheese and stir until completely combined
Add cooked fettuccini pasta into the alfredo sauce,
Add natural chicken juices from the rested chicken to the sauce and serve
Placing pasta on the plate with sliced chicken on top.
Garnish with parsley
