Sweet Heat Chicken Alfredo

                      Ingredients
- 
Lane’s Sweet Heat 
- 500g Chicken Thigh, BonelessÂ
- 300ml Heavy CreamÂ
- 2x Gloves Garlic MincedÂ
- 3 tbs ButterÂ
- Lane’s Sunday RoastÂ
- 300g Parmasan Cheese, GratedÂ
- 500g Fettuchini PastaÂ
Directions
- Season chicken thighs generously with Lane’s Sweet Heat 
- Grill over high heat on the BBQ or in the oven until completely cooked through. 
- Wrap chicken in foil and allow to stay warm while it rests. 
- In a saucepan on medium heat, melt butter and cook garlic for 2-3 minutes until fragrant 
- Add cream, and a touch of Sunday Roast and cheese and stir until completely combined 
- Add cooked fettuccini pasta into the alfredo sauce, 
- Add natural chicken juices from the rested chicken to the sauce and serve 
- Placing pasta on the plate with sliced chicken on top. 
- Garnish with parsley 
- Enjoy
