Caramel Banana Pancakes
2 Cups Self Raising Flour
1 Cup Full cream milk
50g Lane’s BBQ Caramel Rub
250g Streaky Bacon
100ml Maple syrup
2 x large bananas - sliced
Preheat the grill to 190°c
Lay out the Bacon on a tray & cover with lane’s BBQ Caramel Rub, cook for 10 – 15 minutes or until crispy
Make the Batter by whisking the flour & caramel rub together, add the eggs & milk, whisk until combined & smooth
Into a fry pan over medium heat, add 2 tbsp of butter, add some sliced bananas, then cover with some pancake batter
Cook for 3 minutes then flip & cook for 2 minutes.
Repeat the process until all the batter is used up.
Stack your pancakes on top of each other, then add some bacon & finish with a drizzle of maple syrup!
