Lane's Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Dessert Seasoning
Full Cream Milk
2 Shots of Espresso
Firstly we need to cold smoke the milk. If you aren't set up for cold smoking you can achieve the same result by sitting the milk in a tray, on top of tray of ice to keep the temp down. Set your smoker to its lowest temp. ours was 95c/200f.
Smoke the milk for 45mins agitating occasionally.
Toast the marshmallows over an open flame, a gas cooktop or a few lit coals work well.
Drizzle honey around the inside of a large glass, and add a handfull of ice.
Add the espresso and a sprinkle of Lane's Salted Caramel Dessert Rub stir in to combine
Pour in the smoked milk, top with whipped cream and two toasted marshmallows and a little more dessert rub.
