Directions

1. To begin, start by macerating the berries. In a bowl, combine the berries, sugar, and cornflour, then mix them together.
2. Next, prepare the cream cheese filling. Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a bowl. Mix until the mixture becomes smooth.
3. Now, it's time to cut the pastries. Using a knife cut the pastry sheet into 6 rectangles, then score the 6 rectangles about 1cm in from the edges to create a border.
4. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese filling onto each pastry within the scored border. Then, add a generous amount of the berries on top of the cream cheese filling.
5. Whisk an egg to create an egg wash and brush it around the edges of the pastry to give it a golden finish.
6. Sprinkle Lane's Blueberry Muffin seasoning over the pastries.
7. Preheat the oven and bake the pastries for approximately 20 minutes, or until the pastry turns a beautiful golden brown.
8. Once baked, remove the pastries from the oven and allow them to cool slightly. Dust with icing sugar and enjoy!
