Lane’s Australia Prime Seasoning

Lane’s Australia Kinda Sweet
Directions
Preheat your smoker to 150°C.
Season the beef with Prime, let sit for 5-10mins for rub to adhere to the meat
Place the beef in a tray and smoke until the internal temperature has reached at least 64c
Remove from the smoker and cover generously with Kinda Sweet BBQ Sauce
Wrap in foil and put back into the smoker until the meat is probing tender
Remove the foil once probe tender and leave in the smoker for 10mins to let the BBQ sauce caramelise and stick to the meat
Rest for 5mins and then dig in!
