Asian Inspired Pork Ribs
Fire up your smoker, run the Dru-B-Q drum at 300f, add your smoking wood, we used ironbark for this smoke.
While stabilising, trim you ribs and season with Lanes BBQ Magic Dust Hot!
Into the smoker for 2 hrs, or until you’re happy with the colour, we didn’t spritz during this cook.
Then after 2 hours it’s time to wrap. Lay down around 50g of butter, a sprinkle of brown sugar and some Pow Pow sauce. Lay ribs in and wrap then back in the smoker for an hour.
After an hour it’s time to make the glaze. Heat up a pan and add 2Tbs of butter until melted, 1/2 cup of Lane’s Pow Pow sauce, 1/2 cup of honey and 2 tbs of sesame oil and simmer until becomes shinny and slightly thicker.
After the hour open ribs and glaze as many times as you like over the next 20mins and let it go sticky.
