Lane’s BBQ Apple Pie Dessert Seasoning
4 Apple Cinnamon Muffins
Preheat Smoker (indirect) or oven to 300f/150c
Flatten out sausage meat into rectangle shape and sprinkle on Lane's Homemade Apple Pie Seasoning
Crumble the apple muffins and form into log in the center of the sausage.
Roll sausage around muffin and form into the fatty. Fully enclose the muffins in the sausage.
Coat the top of the Fatty with more Apple Pie Seasoning.
Throw on the grill and cook indirect until internal temp of the sausage is 160f/74c degrees.
Remove, cool, slice, serve, Enjoy!!
