These Promotion Details form part of the Terms and Conditions. If the Promotion Details and the terms disagree, the Promotion Details win.

Participating retailer: BCF (Boating Camping Fishing) stores in Australia, operated by Super Retail Group. Excludes all other retailers.

Promotional period: Starts 12:00am AEDT 1st December; ends 11:59pm AEDT 31st December

Eligible products: Any Lane's BBQ product bought at a participating BCF store or BCF online

Eligible purchase: 2 or more Eligible Products in one transaction during the Promotional Period

Who can enter: Australian residents aged 18 or over

How to enter: Scan the QR code in-store or visit www.lanesbbq.com.au. Fill in the entry form and upload a clear photo of the receipt.

Entry limit: 1 entry per Eligible Purchase, regardless of how many Eligible Products are in the transaction. Each receipt can be used once.

Draw: 8th January 2027 at 10am AEDT at Unit 3 24-26 Ellerslie Road Meadowbrook QLD 4131

Prizes: 5 prizes, each an XTM camp drawer, valued at $299 RRP incl. GST

Total prize pool: $1,495 incl. GST

Winner notification: By phone and email within 2 business days of the draw

Terms and Conditions

General

  1. These Terms and Conditions (Terms) and the Promotion Details above set out how to enter the Promotion. By entering, entrants agree to these Terms.
  2. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning in the Promotion Details.

Who can enter

  1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over who meet these Terms.
  2. Excluded from entering: employees of the Promoter, BCF and Super Retail Group, and their related companies and agencies running this Promotion, plus their immediate families (spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling, whether natural or by marriage or adoption).

How to enter

  1. To enter, during the Promotional Period an entrant must:
    1. buy 2 or more Eligible Products in one transaction at a participating BCF store;
    2. scan the QR code on in-store promotional material, or visit www.bcf.com.au;
    3. complete the online entry form with their full name, email, mobile number, postcode and state; and
    4. upload a clear, legible photo or scan of the original receipt showing the store, date, time, transaction number and the Eligible Products bought.
  2. Entries must be submitted and received by the end of the Promotional Period. Entries are deemed received when the Promoter's database records them, not when sent.
  3. Each Eligible Purchase earns 1 entry. A receipt can be used for only one entry. An Eligible Purchase earns only 1 entry no matter how many Eligible Products are bought in that transaction (for example, buying 4 or 6 Eligible Products in one transaction earns 1 entry).
  4. There is no limit on the number of entries per person during the Promotional Period. Each entry needs a separate Eligible Purchase and receipt.
  5. Entrants must keep their original receipt. The Promoter may ask for it to verify an entry or before awarding a prize. If the entrant can't produce it, the entry may be declared invalid.
  6. Entries are invalid if incomplete, illegible, made by automated or bulk means, made with a receipt that is altered, duplicated or not genuine, or for a purchase later refunded or returned.
  7. The Promoter may verify any entry and entrant, and may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms. Acting reasonably, the Promoter's decision on whether an entry is valid is final.

The draw

  1. The draw will be held at the time, date and place in the Promotion Details. The first 5 valid entries drawn at random will each win 1 prize.
  2. The draw will be conducted by computerised random selection. Each valid entry has an equal chance of being drawn.
  3. Reserve entries may be drawn in case a winner's entry is invalid or a winner is ineligible.
  4. Each entrant can win only 1 prize.

Winner notification and prize claims

  1. Winners will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw. Winners' names (first initial, surname and state/postcode) will be published in the terms and conditions.
  2. To claim, winners must reply to the notification, provide the original receipt (or a copy acceptable to the Promoter) and any reasonable proof of identity and age.
  3. If a prize is unclaimed by February 28th, or a winner is ineligible, an unclaimed prize draw will be held as shown in the Promotion Details. Any winners from that draw will be notified within 2 business days and published as above.

Prizes

  1. There are 5 prizes. Each is an XTM [model name] camp drawer, valued at $299 RRP including GST as at [date]. The Promoter isn't responsible for any change in prize value.
  2. Prizes will be delivered by courier, free of charge, to the winner's nominated street address in Australia within 28 days of the winner's claim being verified. Someone aged 18 or over may need to be present to sign for delivery. Prizes can't be delivered to a PO Box. If a delivery fails because the winner gave a wrong address or wasn't available after reasonable attempts, the Promoter isn't responsible and the winner may need to arrange collection from the courier.
  3. The prize does not include installation, fitting or vehicle modification. Winners are responsible for checking the drawer suits their vehicle.
  4. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged, and cannot be taken as cash. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any state regulator's approval.
  5. Any manufacturer's warranty on the prize is provided by the manufacturer. The Promoter's liability is limited to what can't be excluded by law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

  1. To the extent allowed by law, the Promoter, BCF and Super Retail Group are not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) from entering the Promotion or using a prize, except liability that can't be excluded by law.
  2. The Promoter isn't responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or misdirected, or for technical faults in the website, QR code, network or upload process.
  3. If the Promotion can't run as planned because of something outside the Promoter's reasonable control (such as fraud, technical failure or tampering), the Promoter may, subject to state regulator approval, end, change or suspend the Promotion.
  4. Prize winnings may have tax implications for winners. Winners should get their own tax advice.

Privacy

  1. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information to run the Promotion, verify entries, contact winners and deliver prizes. If required, it may share this with its agencies, BCF (to verify purchases), couriers and state regulators.
  2. If an entrant opts in on the entry form, the Promoter may also use their details to send Lane's BBQ news and offers. Entrants can unsubscribe anytime. Entry does not depend on opting in.
  3. The Promoter's privacy policy at [URL] explains how to access or correct personal information, how to complain, and whether information is sent overseas. Without the information requested, an entry can't be accepted.

Other

  1. BCF and Super Retail Group are not the Promoter. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by them [confirm wording with BCF].
  2. These Terms are governed by the laws of [Queensland / Promoter's state]. Entrants submit to that state's courts.
  3. The Promoter will keep entry and draw records as required by state lottery laws.
