Directions

1. Begin by seasoning the beef mince with an equal combination of Chilli Lime and Garlic seasoning. Optionally, you can chop a brown onion into small pieces.
2. In a skillet, sauté the diced brown onion until it becomes tender. Then, add the seasoned beef mince and cook it until it's fully done. If you prefer a slightly looser texture resembling a sloppy joe-style burger, you can introduce a teaspoon of water into the pan while cooking.
3. Next, thinly slice some fresh lettuce. Toast your burger buns and start the assembly process.
4. Begin with a drizzle of a creamy white sauce, followed by the cooked seasoned meat. Top it with cheese, the sliced lettuce, and a generous squeeze of fresh lime juice. Add some corn chips for a delightful crunch. Enjoy!
