Ricotta and Herb Stuffed Mushrooms

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems by gently twisting and pulling them out.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped parsley, chopped chives, grated Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, and 1 tablespoon of Everything Toasted Bagel Seasoning. Mix everything well.
4. Spoon the cheese mixture evenly into the mushroom caps.
5. Sprinkle additional Everything Toasted Bagel Seasoning over the stuffed mushrooms.
6. Top each stuffed mushroom with diced bacon.
7. Place the stuffed mushrooms in the oven and bake until the bacon is crispy and the mushrooms are cooked through.
8. Remove from the oven and serve hot. Enjoy!
