Ingredients

White Magic from the Competition Range
- 600g Chicken TenderloinÂ
- 350g Plain FlourÂ
- 120g Corn Flour / StarchÂ
- 3 tsp SaltÂ
- 1/2Â cup Whole Egg Mayo
- 3 Ttbs Ketchup
- 1.5 Tbsp Worcestershire sauceÂ
- 2 tsp White MagicÂ
Directions
Mix Lane’s White Magic in with the corn flour and plain flour and set aside
In a separate bowl, mix all wet dredge ingredients together.
Dunk chicken in dry batter, then into wet and then back into dry to create a layer of coating.
Fry at 180c / 350f for 6-10 minutes or until chicken reaches 165f/74c internal.
Place chicken on a wire rack straight from the fryer to rest.
While chicken is resting, Sprinkle White Magic over the top for a extra kick of seasoning.
For the sauce mix all ingredients other ingredients together
Dip your chicken in the sauce and enjoy
