Ingredients

2–3 tbsp Prime seasoning
- 600–800g steak (chuck eye, ribeye, sirloin, or your favourite cut), cut into cubes
- 1 red capsicum, diced into chunks
- 1 onion, diced into chunks
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Skewers (metal or soaked wooden skewers)
Directions
Slice your chosen cut of steak into even-sized cubes. Season generously all over with Lane’s Prime seasoning.
Dice the capsicum and onion into bite-sized pieces suitable for skewering.
Thread ingredients onto each skewer in a repeating pattern: meat → capsicum → meat → onion, and continue until full.
- Heat your barbecue or grill to high heat.
- Cook the skewers hot and fast, flipping every minute to ensure even caramelisation.
Total cook time should be around 5 minutes, depending on preferred doneness.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately while juicy and hot.
