Directions
- Preheat the smoker to 150°C.
- Combine garlic, olive oil, Garlic2 seasoning, brisket seasoning, diced chives, thyme, lemon zest, and lemon juice to create a marinade for the pork.
- Coat the pork tenderloin with the marinade and allow it to marinate.
- Once marinated, smoke the pork until it reaches an internal temperature of 71°C. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the pork tenderloin and garnish with finely sliced radish, lemon wedges, and chives.
