Ingredients
- 1 kg Pork Belly Skin Off
- Wooden Skewers

Lane’s Magic Dust Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Lane’s Nashville Hot Seasoning
- 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Orange

1/2 Bottle Lane’s Kinda Sweet Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
Directions
- Begin by slicing the pork belly to a thickness of approximately two fingers. Skewer each piece and cut around in a spiral motion.
- Apply a generous seasoning of Magic Dust.
- Preheat your smoker to 250°F (121°C) and smoke the pork for approximately 3 hours.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine vinegar, orange juice, Kinda Sweet sauce, maple syrup, and 2 tablespoons of Nashville hot sauce. Allow the mixture to simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- After the pork has smoked, brush it with the glaze and return it to the smoker for an additional 30 minutes.
