Ingredients
- 1 rack of Pork Ribs
- Lane’s Australia Sweet-Lic

1 cup Lane’s Australia Kinda Sweet
- 3tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup Pomegranate Juice
Directions
- Preheat your smoker to 120°C.
- Season the ribs with Sweet-Lic and allow them to sit for 5-10 minutes for the rub to adhere to the meat.
- Smoke the ribs for up to 1 hour or until they develop a nice color and the rub has adhered well.
- To prepare the sauce, combine the Pomegranate juice, Kinda Sweet, and Apple Cider Vinegar in a saucepan over low to medium heat. Stir constantly until the sauce has reduced by about half and thickened. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Place the ribs on sheets of foil, top with the BBQ sauce, wrap them, and return them to the smoker until they reach the desired tenderness.
- Unwrap the ribs and allow them to steam off for 5 minutes before serving.
