Ingredients

500g Sausage Mince
2 cups Pancake Mix
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
¼ cup Maple Syrup
Lane’s Australia Magic Dust Seasoning

Directions

Preheat your smoker or oven to 200°C.
In a mixing bowl, blend together minced meat, pancake mix, cheese, and maple syrup.
Form the mixture into balls and place them on a lined oven tray.
Sprinkle Magic Dust on top of the balls.
Smoke or bake until they turn golden brown and reach an internal temperature of at least 74°C.
