Ingredients
- 500g Sausage Mince
- 2 cups Pancake Mix
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- Lane’s Australia Magic Dust Seasoning
Directions
- Preheat your smoker or oven to 200°C.
- In a mixing bowl, blend together minced meat, pancake mix, cheese, and maple syrup.
- Form the mixture into balls and place them on a lined oven tray.
- Sprinkle Magic Dust on top of the balls.
- Smoke or bake until they turn golden brown and reach an internal temperature of at least 74°C.
- Serve and enjoy!
