Lane’s Australia Nashville Hot Seasoning
- Lane’s Australia Kapalua Seasoning

Lane’s Australia Sorta White Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Melted Butter
- Maple Syrup
Directions
- Preheat the smoker to 175°C.
- Season the chicken wings generously with Nashville Hot and Kapalua seasoning, then smoke them on a wire rack until they reach an internal temperature of at least 74°C.
- Combine melted butter with a good portion of Nashville Hot and a dash of maple syrup.
- Toss the wings in the Nashville Hot sauce until fully coated.
- Serve with a drizzle of Sorta White sauce on top.
