Nashville Hot Wings

Directions

1. Preheat the smoker to 175°C.
2. Season the chicken wings generously with Nashville Hot and Kapalua seasoning, then smoke them on a wire rack until they reach an internal temperature of at least 74°C.
3. Combine melted butter with a good portion of Nashville Hot and a dash of maple syrup.
4. Toss the wings in the Nashville Hot sauce until fully coated.
5. Serve with a drizzle of Sorta White sauce on top.
