250g mozzarella cheese

2 blocks cream cheese

1 jar chipotle sauce

Corn chips
Directions
Throw all ingredients into an aluminium tray
Place onto a preheated smoker at 150c/300f for 45 minutes
Stir together and serve with corn chips
